Should i change my blogspot to wordpress??

I really like wordpress better than blogspot. And bcoz a lot of Malaysian are using blogspot so i really want to switch to wordpress. Any suggestion? I dun really like livejourbnal although i have an account there. Mostly go there to download performance from other ppl. Require a account there or else you are not allowed to download from their page. Switch? Or not to switch??
